Well for one these apartments is very money hungry nothing in the units is up to date management is very unprofessional they don’t fix anything they just paint over it also some units are roach infested

This is a long story lol to start off I lived in apt 160 from the moment I moved I saw a roach in my dishwasher. Alive. I informed Jessica the management and they did have someone come and spray the house. Jessica for MULTIPLE WEEKS. Damn near two months keep reassuring me that I’ll just see 1 or 2 more after the spray meanwhile the people behind my apartment had a whole infestation of roaches. They never fumigated until I ASKED. Jessica refused let me move units until it got really bad by that time I just decided to move. She wasn’t understanding and seemed annoyed with me consistently calling about the issue. HER COMMUNICATION ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. The maintenance came by my unit one day to unscrew my outlets connecting to the problem unit and never came back to screw then back (they claim it was an emergency issue going on) when I called the next day to ask why they did not screw then back on her first response was “probably because he was going to come back today” like why tf did he not come back the same day?? There was exposure to open wiring in the kitchen. Not only that, it was the connecting wall to the problem unit. I should’ve had a welcome sign for the pest. When I moved out I asked can they keep my tv mount so that I can pick it up ( I couldn’t get it off) and she said yes when I emailed about my tv mount she said she threw it away lol. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE . Bad energy and attitudes much more to this but this is a summary

The truth is I do not recommend them because they want to charge for everything, food dispenser, garbage and even door insurance that only covers damage to the property not to your belongings, and they are not responsible if they lose any of your packages from the office, they have terrible management, they tell you that they will give you the first month for free but they end up charging you triple the amount, most of the people who sign a contract leave as soon as the contract ends, meaning they do not have long-term tenants for the same reason, and they send you the super high water bill even if you have not been in the apartment the entire month. When you enter, they deliver it to you dirty. If you move furniture and many details that are not visible to the naked eye, but when you leave the apartment, they deliver it intact. I moved furniture and cleaned every corner and nook too perfectly. And as Jessica, the manager, supposedly says that a special service has to be hired, they end up stealing the deposit you gave when you entered. It is no use leaving it perfect no matter what. They are going to screw up your deposit. Really, don't experiment, don't rent there.
