Summerwood Ratings and Reviews

I did not end up renting at Summerwood as I found another apartment in Hayward that met my specific needs. However, I had a fantastic experience with the Community Manager, Jessica. Jessica was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and an all-around amazing person. While I did end up renting elsewhere, I could tell that the property was well taken care of. As a Community Manager myself, it was great to see another community manager care about their job and property as much as I do. I will definitely recommend Summerwood to people I know who are looking for a place to live.

The office staff, Jessica and Bousa, are very friendly and professional. I haven't rented for many years before coming to Summerwood. I'm happy to say my experience has been genuinely pleasant so far. I never feel rushed or that I'm bothering the hard working office staff. My questions or concerns are always welcomed and resolved. The maintenance persons, James and Ceasar, have been wonderful, helpful, and efficient. No Complaints Here! :)

We are extremely lucky to find Summerwood Apartments not only are the grounds kept up, pet friendly, safe, clean,it's a very friendly,/family setting. Your neighbors are your friends and the office staff is more like Family. They look out for everyone's (as well as our belongings, vehicles ECT) well being and safety When we first moved in we weren't framiler with the parking, and assigned of parking system and parked in someone elses stall. The resident who's stall it was kindly left a note on our car when we mentioned this incident in casual conversation to the office they informed that was very nice as they do have the right to have the vehicle tower anytime another vehicle is taking over your spot, so stuff like that is just nice instead of a warning type vibe it was more informative anyways I would recommend Summerwood to family, friends, everyone. It's a great time to be a resident with Jessica the office manager, she is the whole reason summerwood is how it is making it one of the best places in the entire bay area to live.

I just wanna say that VERONICA IVAN AND MARIO ARE AMAZING!! I called about my fridge and they came not even 15 min later to come see and and bring a new one. Summerwood Apartments in Hayward is by far the best apartments ive ever lived at. I can call at anytime and they are there to fix it. Yall make it so easy to live:) Thanks again yall for everything so far.

I deliver mail to the apartments and Bethany and Veronica are very friendly, helpful, and funny ladies. They accept packages and parcels for the attendants who lives there. It is a quite and clean complex.
