I had a wonderful experience at Summerwood Apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant living environment. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. From move-in to day-to-day living, everything has been smooth and well organized. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall service is reliable and attentive. I highly recommend Summerwood Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live. Elasha and other managers at Summerwood are extremely hospitable and accommodating. The property looks serene, beautiful and private despite being in the middle of Hayward. Its amenities, including the pool and fitness area, are updated and well cared for.

Absolutely wonderful experience viewing a Unit at Summerwood! The staff is extremely informative and friendly. They have plenty of experience with a wide range of household types and their maintenance is excellent!
