This place deserves 0 stars. The worst apartments weâve ever lived on. We lived here less than a year - yes moved 2 months before our lease ended (still had to pay the remaining 2 months). Thereâs crime, violence, drugs, you name it all activity's in here. My husbandâs truck got stolen from our assigned parking spot in the middle of the night, we did police report, truck was never found. Premises do not have cameras. The patrol was never to be found. Cars driving super fast and violating the parking rules. Plumbing issues never fixed! Our apt was professional cleaned after moving out and we still got charged for a cleaning fee after providing the invoice. Jessica and Bousa worst âoffice adminâ - do not move here!!!

Not too happy that after living here 1 month my car was broken into as thieves tried to steal my car from the gated parking lot. Although they didnât succeed, I still had to pay my $500 insurance deductible for the damage to my car. They should install cameras for better security. GQ

Summerwood is a terrible place to live. Fights, police actions, spousal abuse, screaming, overcharged for utilities. Summerwood is a place taking advantage of tenets. Just the worst possible place to live.

It's terrible. See Yelp. But this one takes the cake... It's Saturday and I'm supposed to just live with Pinky or The Brain until Thursday? Attached is a screenshot of the email they sent after I reported having a rat. This is following extensive construction on the other side of my kitchen wall, including digging up sewer lines. The response was, terminix is coming next week. I ended up having to pay for traps myself and then ask our wonderful maintenance manager to remove the dead rodent for me. Quick update because I'm seeing a lot of reviews praising property manager, Jessica. Even though there is a different name on the email listed below, everything that happens here comes from or through Jessica. She is not good at her job because she has yet to improve this property, achieve 100% occupancy, or find favor with the majority of residents. In fact, the employees that are well liked are all trying to leave here to find new employment. We lost one of the maintenance guys, James, and we all feel it. She is very much a top-down person who is only concerned with her management and making sure she looks like she's doing a good job. She isn't. I thought she was really nice and professional at first, but she treats everyone here like we're section 8 and she hates us for it..
