They told me I was approved, I paid 200 dollars to hold the apartment. I paid 100 in applications. Told I was approved. Because I was late with rent before they just rejected me and ran off with me 300 dollars. Why would I give you 200 to hold an apt if I wasn't already approved. Also Jessica the manager should definitely get a promotion she's the only one of the works that knows how to run the office. I live in sf and everything is expensive, everyone is late for rent. Also if you're late for rent in 3 days they'll start the eviction process immediately. Also on sit there company to track everything is always lost and can't figure anything out. No body would pay 200 dollars for an apt that they're not approved for. They rushed me and manipulated me. Jessica is a really good person tho she need a raise.
