We are extremely lucky to find Summerwood Apartments not only are the grounds kept up, pet friendly, safe, clean,it's a very friendly,/family setting. Your neighbors are your friends and the office staff is more like Family. They look out for everyone's (as well as our belongings, vehicles ECT) well being and safety When we first moved in we weren't framiler with the parking, and assigned of parking system and parked in someone elses stall. The resident who's stall it was kindly left a note on our car when we mentioned this incident in casual conversation to the office they informed that was very nice as they do have the right to have the vehicle tower anytime another vehicle is taking over your spot, so stuff like that is just nice instead of a warning type vibe it was more informative anyways I would recommend Summerwood to family, friends, everyone. It's a great time to be a resident with Jessica the office manager, she is the whole reason summerwood is how it is making it one of the best places in the entire bay area to live.
